NEW TENANT & RENTAL INFORMATION



  • All Repair & Maintenance calls, during Business Hours, should be made to the Management Office at (407) 891-2214.  Emergency After Hours calls for Repair & Maintenance issues should be placed to Christina M. Gentry at (407) 908-4870.  Should you receive the voice mail at the Office or on the Emergency After Hours number, please be sure to Leave Your Name, Property Address, Nature of the Call and Contact Number.  Non-Emergency calls made to the Emergency After Hours number will not be returned until the following business day.  Note:  Any matter concerning Fire, Burglary, Street Flooding, Hurricanes or any matter that places you or your family in immediate, emergency need, should be addressed to 9-1-1 - Contact the Police, Fire or EMT services for their assistance.  Then, contact the Management Office or the Emergency After Hours number.     
  • If you are paying after the 6th of any month, you are late.  Your lease provides that a late fee (additional rent) is due  - $50.00.  Be sure to include the late fee in addition to your monthly rent.    
  • If you are interested in applying for one of our Managed Rentals, you will need to complete an Application.  Any Adult, 18 years of age or older, must complete an Application.  The Application Fee is $30.00 per Applicant and is non-refundable.  Completed Applications and Application Fees are to be remitted to the Management Office for processing.  Forms of Payment acceptable for Application Fee(s): Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order, payable to Deese Management & Real Estate, Inc.  We do not accept Personal Checks, Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Third Party Checks.  Please click on the DMRE Application button, and other buttons, for the Application Package, general leasing information, sample lease, policy & procedures, etc. 
  • Pet Policy:  Where Pet(s) are Permitted, there is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee, Per Pet, of $350.00.  We do not charge a monthly pet fee or 'rent' for your pet(s).  We encourage you to speak to the Management Office concerning your Pet(s).  Service Animals and/or Emotional Support Animals are not required to pay a Pet Fee.
  • All Monies, i.e. Rents, Security Deposits, Fees/Charges, Pet Fee(s), etc. are due at Move In.  No Exceptions!  We do not provide any form of payment plans.
